Warming up to Yellow
Designers’ favourite for easy-to-wear rounded shapes

published 5 March 2008
Some of the best of the latest Designer collections feature the warmest and also the most optimistic and inviting colour of the spectrum – a splash of sunshine to enliven the generally black and mushroomy catwalks.
Designers often use yellow for easy-to-wear rounded shapes and to underline the message of wamth and joy.
This is a direction that easily translates to _at leisure_ knits which is a classification that’s booming and where yellow can invigorate the grey marl and oatmeal palette.
For corsetry, delicate yellow with grey is just yummy!
